Groq API (Klausy AI Concierge)

Our AI concierge "Klausy" is powered by the Groq API. Your chat messages are sent to Groq to generate a response. No personal data is stored. Communication is encrypted through our Cloudflare Worker.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Booking data is stored for up to 10 years in accordance with commercial and tax law retention periods. Email addresses for the newsletter are stored until consent is withdrawn.

As a US-based company, we process data in the United States. For Google services, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework applies. For other services, we ensure an adequate level of data protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
